The concept of opportunity cost is in my opinion one of the most important ideas that should be understood in order to maximize life. Maybe that sounds overly dramatic, but I promise you, if you monitor your opportunity cost, not only can it truly help you become a better trader in the markets, but also a more productive person in your normal day-to-day life.
