$1,000,000 or Trading Consistency?

I threw out a philosophical question on social media and it prompted even more comments and debate than I had expected. I figured it'd be worth getting it here on YouTube and see what those of you think. So.... if you had the choice, are you taking an instant $1,000,000 or would you take the skill of consistency? I give my thoughts, but I would love to hear your thoughts in the comment section!
