Learn To Trade Stocks and Options

Not only in trading, but in life, your attitude is going to determine much of your success or failure. When it comes to trading, it is very important that you are self aware of the attitudes you may or may not have towards various aspects of the market. While I'll admit the example in this video is a bit extreme, it still illustrates the point about how nasty and dangerous attitudes can be.

As far as I'm concerned, this HBO production is a must-see assuming you enjoy the stock market or business in general. The movie tracks the financial crisis from an interesting viewpoint and sheds light on the key components and structures that all worked together to create a historic moment in the stock market's history. I view this video as more of a squeal to The Big Short than anything else.

I always assume that people want to learn how to trade and get better at trading the markets; however, the way some people act, you have to wonder. In order to ever truly progress and improve as a trader, there are a few critical things that you need to be asking yourself and considering. If you are not, then you are simply being a fat slob and will never have any long term success.

Confidence is a great thing to have as a trader as you trade the markets. Whether that be the stock market, futures market, Forex market or options market - confidence in an of itself is a valuable asset. This must be done with great balance though, because as you will see here, if the confidence balance becomes unbalanced, this can lead to ego wreaking havoc on one's mental approach and blinding them to even some of the most logical questions.
